How to adjust the balance of the transmission shaft?

The unbalance value of automobile transmission shaft varies with the diameter of axle tube, for example, medium truck is not larger than 100g.cm. Other vehicles drive shaft tube diameter of less than 58mm, the amount of imbalance is not greater than 30g.cm; shaft tube diameter of 5g~80mm, the imbalance is not greater than 50g.cm; when the diameter of the pipe is greater than 80mm, the imbalance is not greater than 100g.cm.
The balance of the drive shaft assembly can be used for static balance detection, and the position and quantity of the balancing block can be adjusted according to the test result, so that the unbalanced value meets the requirements.
1) before the balance test of the drive shaft assembly, the main shaft assembly shall be assembled first, and the radial runout error in the middle shall be within 1mm.
2) the drive shaft assembly is placed on the test stand of static balance. When it is still, it makes a mark at the bottom, then rotates the drive shaft to see whether the mark position changes and whether the drive shaft is skewed or not. If the mark position remains unchanged, in the corresponding mark stick on the amount of clay, after repeated testing, the mark can be stopped at any position can be, then check the quality of clay, according to the actual numerical axis of tube diameter are converted into the amount of unbalance. If less than the specified value, the number of balancing blocks can not be increased; if the value is greater than the specified value, the welding balance block or the position and quality of the original balance block shall be adjusted so that the shaft tube can be balanced.
3) when adjusting the balance, both ends of the transmission shaft should be carried out simultaneously.
4) the number of balancing blocks (patch) at each end of the drive shaft shall be no more than 3 pieces.
