The drive shaft is mainly composed of shaft tube, telescopic sleeve and universal joint. The most important place for the drive shaft to be concerned with maintenance is the cardan joint. Universal joint part is sealed with a rubber sleeve, if the rubber sleeve is damaged, the vehicle will run into the sand in the running of the universal joint, accelerate the wear and shorten the life span. If the running process of the steering wheel killed after "pops" sound, that universal joint car problems, need to be replaced.
For a rear wheel drive, if the clutch starts or accelerates rapidly, a "click" sound appears on the bottom of the car, which means that the cardan joint needs to be replaced.
Therefore, in addition to routine transmission shaft routine inspection and maintenance, the daily use of the process should pay attention to the following points:
First, avoid steering the wheel in place so that the cardan joint is too heavy to shorten the life span.
